My acid test is whether I have to force a finger under the seam of the shirt, shorts, leggings, socks, or whatever it may be. If I can get my digit under with ease, it’s not tight enough and is too baggy. If the fabric is flapping, loose, and not snug to my skin, it’s most definitely too large.
